     Can’t tell with chihuahuas, they always look scared/nervous. The cat is almost double his size, he can’t move!

       Wouldn’t matter, despite their small size Chihuahuas can be fierce little things – more than a dash of Tobasco sauce in them!

       And the cat wouldn’t put it’s face so close if it didn’t feel comfortable/safe.
