spaz is kinda a mean word. i dont think we should use it on cheezburger. at least not feature them. especially with corgis! corgis are hyper dogs we shouldn’t call them spazzes.
You know, “spaz” could be “muscle spasm” – not everything ever said is offensive. I could just as easily say I’m offended by people being offended by every word and you’d still find offense with it somehow. Seriously people, quit trying to make the world so politically correct.
spaz is used to mock people with muscle spasms. its like mocking someone who is blind, they can’t fix it. im not trying to make the world politically correct, im trying to make a cute dog website friendly and funny. thats all im trying to do. put a smile on a couple peoples faces, not a frown.
“Spaz is used to mock people with muscle spasms”
Really? Since when? Because back in the 80′s it was synonymous with “dork”, “nerd”, and “geek”. And since we now know that the “dorks”, “nerds” and “geeks” will inherit the earth…
Seriously…as a corgi owner…he’s a bit of a spaz at times, and I love him for it.
Uh yea its used that way. seriously. and yes its also used as dork and geek but is that any nicer? no!
and im a corgi owner too! but i dont go around calling her a spaz! jeez! do whatever you want with your dog, but just a tip: wouldnt share that fact to the world, that you call your dog a spaz.
Actually, I think you’re doing it wrong if your corgi isn’t spazzing.
Also: lighten the f*ck up, people. It’s a word- it’s only offensive if you mean it to be, which implies you’re assuming bad faith. Which is tragicomically ironic considering you’re protesting negativity on your loldog site- you’re the one bringing it.
um you just said the f-word, i think your bringing negativity. im not protesting NEGATIVITY, im protesting the use of mean and awful words on a cute dog website. which is a very positive thing fyi.
I never ment the word Spaz to be so offencize, when I think of the word spaz, I think of my cogi, cause thats what she is! I’m a spaz too, but it is a good kind of spaz no offence ment, again my corgi will just be sitting there and then just jump a foot in the air and begins to chace her nub for no apparent reason, thats what I was thinking when I said Spaz. You guys don’t need to be so hurtful
Thank you for your comment. I’m sorry we said hurtful things. I just really love corgis and when I first read it here I got upset. Anyways I’m sorry for the mean comments. I just got a little carried away…
P.S. Your dog sounds very funny! I have a corgi too and when we get out the leash she gets so excited she runs around the house and won’t stop to let us put the leash on! So yea she can get a little spazzy too.

I agree. I thought no one said that word any more and then I see it here. It’s not nice.
