I gotz to agree with Chikki…I’ve got two pitties of my own that are super friendly and sweet. People always try to tell me that they *must* be boxer mixes. Don’t get me wrong…boxers are wonderful too. Saying a dog is a pittie is not an insult. To us pittie owners, it’s a complement. We know our babies would do anything for us. Pinky is definitely part pittie, and that’s not a bad thing.
I think in the video they said she’s a boxer. I used to own a white boxer and everyone thought she was a pitt.

If you wonder why America’s kids are getting dumbed down, this type of sentence is a good reason why. A little “cutsie talk” might be OK, but this took all the good the DOG did away. It was sickening and before you say anything, I like some of it but this was over the top. Definately a barfer.

Actually putting the story up here did the dog credit, I live in England and would of not heard of the story otherwise. Putting Pinky up on a site dedicated to our four legged friends , gave her recognition and proved gives the world chance to give her credit.
How you can link the fails of the education system on this site, this site only. Not the Internet as a whole, or MTV? Not the parents bieng lazy, or the teachers being apathetic? There are many social and political factors you could blame, picking this one site KNOWN for Lol Speak (not “Cutsie talk”)is petty mate.

hmm I has a confused. Boxers don’t have long snouts, they have the squished-in faces like bull-dogs or pugs. So unless this is a boxer mix, I think these guys are talking ’bout another breed.

She is an American Bulldog, fits in the category of pit (which is NOT a breed). Mine is about the same age as Pinky. What a good puppy they both are!

Boxer? I’ve seen MANY boxers and none of them look like that… she’s a pitbull. Then again… she is still a puppy… it’ll probably be more obvious when she gets an adult dog shape.
I laughed at the person who doesn’t like our “loldogs speak.” Clearly, they don’t visit much, so I will forgive them for not getting our humor. Of course we can all formulate grammatical sentences. Part of the fun of this site is not doing so.
I’m glad Pinky is okay and hopefully she won’t have any fears because of her experience. Also, she does look like a boxer to me. Not all of them have super-squished in faces.

Goodness, you people are dumb. You can argue back and forth all day but that doesn’t change the fact that her mix is at LEAST majority Boxer. Boxers do not have faces like Pugs (what the f—?). She may have a little Pit in her to account for the differentiated head shape, but the rest is Boxer.
I wonder if car people have to deal all day with morons who think they know cars but can’t tell their ass from a whole in the wall, too.
Everyone else is friendly on here. To call someone a “moron” and “dumb” because they compare the scrunch faces of boxers to pugs is extremely rude. I get the reference, but maybe that’s because i’m not hyperfocused on one breed. I appreciate the traits of every breed…from chihuahua to mastiff. I’m surprised you even look at this site. It usually takes a sense of humor and love of all breeds to appreciate it.
Really? How much breeding have you done? I assume you have one of the top boxer kennels since you’re such an expert.
If that is a boxer, it’s a piss-poor quality one. Nose is too long, head is wrong, odd coloured eyes. I’m not saying that there’s anything wrong with the dog (it’s a hero after all) but I hope it’s not a boxer or the breeder should be shot.
No a boxer does not have a pug nose, but their nose is shorter than a Rottweilers and that dog’s is long like a terrier. To be honest, it’s probably just some “terrier mix” that they got from the pound. Looks pit to me, but it’s hard to tell.

looks like a pit to me. i look at my pit and look at this dog and see the same thing. guess people can’t admit that pits can be awesome dogs. i don’t mind if it’s mixed, it probably is a boxer pit mix as many have said, but lets give pits some credit where credit is due!
She is a good girl no matter what breed she is! way to go!
I have an 8 month old american bulldog, and they look so much alike, she may be a mix of the “bully breeds” and thats what makes her so brave! I love my good old lab mix, but my 2 bullies are the most loyal awesome dogs I have ever had!

Deh vet sayz Pinkee is eh Boxer… to me, she wooks like deh American Bulldogz, but I’z not know for sure… I did wissen to deh story dough, and deh vet sayz Boxer. It not really matters dough, wat matters is Pinkee saves her hooman, and saves deh day!! Good gurl Pinkee!!!
