I’m wondering how old this puppy is. Are his eyes even open yet?
Not once in the video does he open an eye, despite the fact that his “sleep” is being heavily interfered with, so I don’t think he’s necessarily asleep. I think this is a little guy who’s eyes haven’t opened.
Of course, that doesn’t stop him from being adorable!

As soon as those eyes do open and the feet get coordinated, they will fondly be remembering this as the only time the pup was still enough to get a good picture – terriers’ constant energy and enthusiasm is hard to photograph. ; )

Wow! This puppy is super cute and a bit ugly at the same time. lol. I’m sure he’ll get even cuter as he gets older though.

Where is the rest of the litter? Where is the Mommy dog? Why is he all by his little self? I don’t think this is offensive, just maybe ‘done in poor taste’! A newborn belongs with its litter mates and its Mommy, not posing for videos and being ‘teased’ and ‘tickled’ when his eyes aren’t even open yet! Very, very cute! But, should have waited a few more days or weeks!
I know it’s cute and all, but watching a puppy’s feet twitch for 2.25 minutes is not that interesting.

Dat puppy is super cute! If you are interested in this breed please look into rescue groups. Many people adopt them not realizing how much energy they have, so they take them to the pound or rescue group. They are beautiful, pure breed dogs that need homes. They just need training, just like puppies.
Maybe Puppeh is an orphan. My Puppeh was about that big too when i brought him home and he’s an orphan too

This little guy needs to be checked for worms.
When animals are infected with worms they will fidget around a lot while sleeping.
I lost a beautiful little pup that I had paid a lot of money for because it was already mass infected with worms before I bought him and he moved while sleeping like this puppy.
oh, im so sorry. thats so sad. i had a dog that died too, but she was old, not a puppy, and didn’t die bcz of worms

Adorable, but he’s not sleeping…. he’s just a couple days old, his eyes aren’t opened yet but he responds to stimuli like getting some scratchies. …. He’s as awake as anyone watching the vid, but is physically unable to open his eyes. Definitively squee…. I hope they put him back with mom shortly after, he needs her warmth

It is part of the neurological development of puppies this small. If a puppy this young does not twitch every few seconds while sleeping, something is wrong neurologically. They do this even when you aren’t bothering them.
