   My question is this: why do we spend hundreds of dollars on dog toys when they’d rather play with an empty bottle???! Too cute!

     For the same reason we buy our kids expensive toys and they would rather play with the box it came in.

     All of our plastic bottles have been going to our pup. She’s getting big now and starting to tear into ‘em so they get thrown away real fast though… if she only chews in certain parts I can still salvage them into a greenhouse for seedlings. ^_~

     They last longer than stuffed animals, barely. *sigh* $70 worth of dog toys destroyed in 2 hours. Sometimes I think it would be cheaper to get her another dog to play with!

   Dude, I totally use plastic bottles as Kongs. Leave the top off, put a few small treats inside, and let the girls try to get them out. They don’t chew the bottles, so it works for a good hour.

   D’aww my yorkie used to do this when he was a puppy. We’d have shredded bottles everywhere…
