I always hate the photoshop spotters, but in this case, I think this really is shopped. The collar looks weird. Other than that, it could be a stripped (not clipped) pepper-and-salt standard schnauzer, although the tail is kind of long.
I have the same type of collar for my cat; it’s got a prismatic coating, and it’s reflecting the flash from the camera (which you can also see on the ornament to the left).
It is not photoshopped, it’s my dog and I took the picture. My daughter blogged the photo at http://www.linniiie.com, and someone stole it and put it her. (And a lot of other places at the internet.)
The dog is a Bedlington terrier, she is almost 11 years old.
