whoever owns this dog in the picture will you please comment back, i think you may have adopted my dog. His name is Fred(obviously) he is a neutered male beagle that has a scar above his left eyes and he is about 8 years old. my dad gave him to an SPCA in Upper Fredrick in Montgomery County. please just comment back i just want to know if he is ok.
