And correction, they’re FSS dogs in the AKC, not properly recognized. They are recognized by the UKC and ARBA but if you take one to an AKC show they will give you funny looks. Its called a Kooikerhondje, its a rare breed of dutch dog. That was just this past January (09) Recognised by the AKC.
