    Nope: tis neither man nor topless. “tis female wearing a bikini top that’s lighter in color than her shorts.

      well, it is a skirt (if you look at the picture without the caption comma covering part of it) not shorts. I cannot say about the ‘bikini top’ due to the poor quality of my monitor (if there is a bikini top there- it is …. extremely small and/or flesh colored- not to mention with a couple of oddly placed patterns that look remarkably like nipples) but she looks topless to me. (shrug)
