   Looks like he climbed up a support beam. He feet are holding him because he is in the middle of the beam ,thus he is completely surronded by the beam. I am not sure how they are going to get him down though, or why he climbed it in the first place. Maybe he was chasing a squirrel?

   The beam is 3 sided, like a triangle. he must have crawled right up the middle. he is completely surrounded, and probably somewhat sandwiched in place
