I think these were dogs rescued after one of the hurricanes (I think it was Katrina) and they’re being moved from one facility to another. Happy dogs!

Rin Tin Tin was a dog super hero from the mid 50′s, he was a German Shepherd, there was a TV series I think, it was a long time ago

where was this picture taken?
Theres a dog day care service north of me (in burlington vermont) that comes and picks up your dog from your house to take to their facility in a big purple school bus and i am wondering if this is it!
