I can’t believe how uptight some people are. I really don’t feel this was derogatory statement about women. The two women and the dog have similar hair (fur) and truthfully look similar. Come on people lighten up some it kind like that old saying that owners look like their dogs….. I personally found this caption to be a great one.

Neither do I. But I AM bothered by women being referenced as dogs, which is clearly the point of this picture. It’s not a case of my feelings being hurt; it’s a case of being disgusted that such references would be made.

I am a woman and a natural blonde and I think it is great. I have heard blonde jokes all my life, that is what this is a joke, get over it. Unless you are one of the women in that picture, I don’t see why you would be so upset.

It peeves me off that a man can be called a pig just because they’re men, period. You wouldn’t believe how many times I’ve been called a pig by women for no reason other than spite(and they’re older than me, a teenager!). Actually, since the caption says “Spot the dog; we can’t either” it’s referring that the dog looks like the human girls, not that the women look like the dog. Thus it is not an implication that women are dogs.

It can certainly be seen as a light-hearted observation of the similarity of their hair/fur, but it can also easily be seen as a derogatory comment about the two women. At least no one has made ugly remarks about how they look.
