   he’s a lhasa apso that is severly matted and over grown. i work with dogs and this borders on abuse. the knots pull at the skin causing sever pain and bruising.

     I disagree. I don’t think it’s a lhasa apso – it looks like one of my dogs which is a plain old hairy mutt. And I don’t think the dog looks matted OR abused.
