Not to be mean here (because you are, fundamentally, correct) but greyhounds can also have cropped tails. They are often cropped when they have been badly broken (quite easily done when whipped in a frenzy against a house wall as they are thin and fragile, like most of the rest of the dog…lol). A better argument would have been the ears as greyounds have rose ears, not pointer-type ears.
