  2. nobuddy says:

Just say no to pronged collars.

  3. GRSpencer says:

I agree with nobuddy, that kind of collar should be outlawed!!!

  4. Hedgehog says:

OMG! Could be sibling to my goggie!!!! Mine is Whippet/Pitbull. And the pronged collar is necessary!!! Goggie kill herself slipping out of real collar and chasing cars otherwise. Super strong, super fast.

I hate it, but I’d rather have live goggie!!!

    • Lakshmi says:

My doggy would do the same thing, but I use a halti. Obedience doesn’t have to be painful. Would you put your kid in a pronged collar?

  5. CrazyEmm says:

It at least should not be left on the dog when you’re not training. :/ Seriously.

  6. BellasMomma says:

UH! Pronged collars aren’t meant to be worn all the time!

  7. Star F. says:

Collar should come off inside da howse, make goggie more comferbuls.

    • wundawomun says:

Maybe they were out for a walk & the dog picked up that tire on the way back to the house & the owner just really wanted to take a pic asap so taking the collar off didn’t happen til after the pic? Who knows, but I hope that is the reason, rather than wearing it constantly.

  8. Star F. says:

Also, sowee, but make sure you has reglar nylon collar on goggie too wif tags and phone number. Prong collars can come off super easy, then pretty goggie get lost. =(

  9. D.R. says:

At Dog Auto Supplies, we taste test every tire before we put it on your car.

  10. gem221 says:

i didnt even kno pronged collars exhisted 4 goggies :/
they seem pretty mean acshully, but i wouldnt kno. if u dun wan goggie 2 get lost, microchip ‘im. best safety 4 goggies. it only ‘urts goggies 4 a few seconds, den goggies safe 4 life! :)

  11. gem221 says:

    eny1 there?

  12. DogTrainer says:

You people know very little about the correct application of a prong collar. Correction is needed in the home when dealing with unwanted behaviors. If you think they are inhumane, you have never seen a real trainer use one properly.

    • Star F. says:

The collar isn’t even on the dog properly, and there is no leash attached to give a correction with.

They are quite effective, safe, and not at all inhumane when worn and used
properly, I am just concerned that *may not* be the case here.

  13. doglover says:

how does the dog even lie down comfortably with that thing on? Prong collar on in the house= fail
