It is true, dogs have feelings, they are creatures that deserve our love and compassion, they depend from us 100%, they are loyal, never betraying their families, they suffer, they express sadness howling, or barking, they cry as any human, they suffer separation, isolation, they cannot protect it themselves they need us always, they protect us unconditional, it does not matter how bad you treat it them, they never hurt you, is sad how many human being just put those loyal creatures on streets, it doesn’t matter the weather, only because they are sick, or for other any reason, what we do against a innocent animal to hurt them, will return to us, for good or for bad. While my mother was alive told me about a man who had a beautiful dog, after the dog turned old, he kicked out from his home, the dog came every night in front of his owner home he was howling all night, he was hungry, lonely he was looking for his family, the owner always try to scare him in different ways, one night intruders came into his owner’s home, nobody was able to do nothing, the loyal canine felt something wrong was going inside the house, without thinking twice break into the house to find his owner on the ground almost dying, the loyal canine left the house running as much as he could, went to a neighbor;s home. and started barking without stop, something is going on the neighbor follow the dog, but call the police before leaving its house, the police came walked into the house the canine was barking without stop, the officer decided to follow the canine, he found the dog owner on the floor dying. The man was hospitalized then later he passed away, before he asked a nurse his last wish, he wants to see his dog to ask for forgiveness for what he did it against his dog, the nurse came out then she saw the dog across the street looking at the hospital, he was there waiting for his boss days and nights, she call the dog, he run towards her, following through the hospital, people was concern regarding the dog inside the hospital, as soon as he saw his boss on a hospital bed, he came near emitting sounds as he was crying, his eyes were wet because his tears, his boss asked his loyal canine for forgiveness touch with love his dog’s head and passed away, since the dog went to the cemetery stayed on his boss grave days and nights, always was howling, until a year later people found the canine on top of the grave dead. Is something was true, is to tell everyone please have compassion of canines they are the most loyal friends you can find in your way, never the stop loving its families, never they betray while we a human being we do. Is not my case, since I know the dog a the most loyal friend a person can have.

We must take care and protect animals they depends from us 100%, whatever we do for them will return for good of bad seven times multiply by seven. Perhaps someone will laughs, only someone without a heart.

i read above that this pic was taken in Toranto Canada. We adopted a dog looking exactly like this dog from an animal shelter near Seattle, WA in 2005. when i saw this picture me and my husband both said “That’s “Ligaya”! If this is not our dog in the picture there are certainly twin dogs out there!

I was thinking of the homeless I have seen in Portland, riding the light rail with their gentle dogs, or sitting downtown. One man had his dog begging at the Saturday Market. Those dogs are angels in fur, IMO.

Specially Dogs, I have 2 of them, and theyre are always waiting for me when I come back from college and always willing to play, and use to have a cat who always ignored me and just came around when it was hungry. I wuv dawgs.

im with stepho, many people out there could seek help, But they have a pet, and that pet means the world to them. They would freeze to keep that pet warm, they would starve to keep that pet fed. its a weird thing, but people will do anything for that best friend that they have. I want to meet this man, and take him into my house, feed him, love his dog as much as he does. This pic makes we wanna commit everything i have to this man and his dog.

this is sad once i gave 3 homless people about 300 each in sydney and one of the homeless people looked exactly like this with his dog and yeah it was really upsetting to see people like it i had to help them the only way i could

My husband is a starting-out professional photographer. He would give a great deal to have taken this picture.

I’ve had two brushes with homelessness and the last time I had to leave my cat behind for a month. Everything I did that month was to get my Sam back. When I got him back I found his purrsonality had suffered. The guilt was terrible. Then everything I did for the next six months was to bring him back to his loving and trusting self. Sometimes your pets are all there is.

I saw this pic almost a year ago and happened to come across it again tonight. it reduced this tough rugby player to a blubbering mess for the second time tonight aswell. Next time i’m in downtown toronto i will keep an eye out and have some good dog food ready.

I hope this isn’t real. It’s so heart breaking. Being from a big city, it’s impossible not to see homeless people on the corners. Anytime I see a man or woman with a pet, I run and get a bag of dog food, a water dish, a gallon of water, and something for the person. I may be tight on cash, but I’ll go negative in my account to help a man trying to get by with his dog. The dog in this picture is clearly well loved. <3

ive seen some extreme stuff. people with everything taken away. the love showed between this human and his fur-person makes you re-think whether u really need the big boat or that expensive computer. you don’t have to but donating to the site about is a good thing. I am only 14 and when i saw this pic i teared up. i earned $300 dollars recently and i am gonna donate every penny to this site. this is a very emotional pic.

just think next time it might not be drugs it might not be bozze it could be shear terror of being beaten coz you dont know whats going on

you may not beable to give money (i know i cant never have any my slef ) but half a sandwich or an extra blanket might jsut make that life a little better

I knew a homeless lady who wouldn’t go into shelters because of her wonderful 16-year-old goggie, Bill. I always gave her extra when the weather was bad, so they could stay in a motel. I’ve never really been one of those people to go out of my way to help the homeless but I was surprised how much seeing this picture and reading the comments brought tears to my eyes. I have 2 cats I adopted from animal shelters. And not to be mean but I find ‘talkin lik dis’ sort of spelling incredibly difficult (and annoying) to read.
